United Kingdom shipping and European Union countries shipping: 4.5 GBP
Shipping will be free if your order is worth over 100 GBP

Other countries shipping: 9.95 GBP
Shipping will be free if your order is worth over 150 GBP 

Please note that Lua Boutique is unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are approximate and Lua Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays during busy periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances, which may delay delivery.

AMENDMENTS

Lua Boutique might be unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. If there is no one available when delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange redelivery or where you can pick up your shipment.

TAXES & CUSTOMS

Non-European Union orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. The cost of local sales taxes and import duties are calculated and displayed at checkout and will be included in the purchase price. Lua Boutique is unable to offer a United Kingdom VAT refund.

Lua Boutique cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges.
