RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return windows are as follows:

  • Full Price Items: Must reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Sale Items: Must reach us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings or underwear.

How to Return

  • UK & EU Customers: We are pleased to offer free returns for all items. Contact us via email to receive instructions on how to process your free return.

  • International Customers (Rest of World): For all countries outside of the UK and EU, returns must be organized and paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Lua Boutique cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit.

REFUNDS

We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products within 7 days of Lua Boutique receiving, inspecting, and approving the returned products.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Lua Boutique cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this timeframe is controlled by your card issuer.


EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired replacement.


FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event a product purchased from Lua Boutique is deemed faulty within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will happily repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
